FAQ: The advantages of a double planking ?

The planking of a hull remains a difficulty for the modelers.
For a first model, the double planking is going to allow to erase the errors of the first planking.
The second planking will be even easier to be done as the first planking will have been well corrected.
For a painted hull, the double planking is less useful.
